Akhund Mulla Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Mulla Rabi‘ resident of Mubarakah village, has sold several pieces of land from Dashtchi farm, which he shared with Haji ‘Ali Akbar, Aqa Baqir, and his own daughter and wife, to ‘Abd al-Muttalib and Muhammad Riza, sons of Haji ‘Alinaqi, for ninety tumans.

Settlement, 1844
Settlement, dated November 29, 1844, between ‘Ali, son of A[qa] Mirza Javad from Khuzan, on behalf of the underage children of the late Muhammad Shafi‘, son of Aqa ‘Ali, and Haji Badi‘, son of the late Aqa ‘Ali Muhammad, exchanging some land in Shams Abad for forty tumans. The note on the verso indicates that on November 21, 1847, Muhammad transferred the mentioned property to his wife, Baygum Khanum, daughter of Haji Malik Muhammad from Khuzan, in a separate document.

Settlement, 1846
Settlement between Muhammad Riza, son of the late Haji Baqir, and Haji Muhammad Husayn, son of the late Rajab‘ali from Husayn Abad, over some properties in Dasht-chi farm for ten tumans. The fee for the detriment clause was one tuman and five thousand dinars. On the margin, Baygum Khanum, daughter of the late Haji ‘Abd Allah and wife of Muhammad Riza, validated this settlement and has waived her own rights for one tuman. Overall, twelve tumans and five thousand dinars were exchanged.
